These Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern your use of all digital products, programs, courses, memberships, downloads, and related services (the “Services”) offered by Lisette Pool (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.
Services & Access
Our Services include online courses, memberships, coaching programs, masterclasses, digital downloads, and templates. All products are delivered digitally; no physical items are shipped. Most Services are hosted via Thrivecart and Etsy. Access to certain courses may be released gradually (e.g., weekly modules). You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements to access our content.
Membership Accounts
Some Services require you to create an account on our Thrivecart member platform. You must keep your login credentials confidential and may not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments
You agree to pay all fees for the Services you purchase. Payments may be made as a one-time payment or through an installment/recurring plan (if offered). For installment plans, access may be revoked if payments are missed or declined. You will generally receive access after your first payment, but full access may only be granted after full payment is received, depending on the program.
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any refund or credit for any reason.
Intellectual Property & License
All content, materials, videos, templates, downloads, and training provided through our Services are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of Lisette Pool. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise make our content available to others, sublicense, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and legal action.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing content, misusing your account, or infringing intellectual property rights. Termination does not release you from any outstanding payment obligations.

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. All content is intended to help you learn, grow, and implement strategies in your own business. You agree to take personal responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results based on the information provided.

Community / User-Generated Content Rules
